Gregynog Festival cares about your privacy. The law provides you with various rights about the use of your personal data, including the right to request what data companies hold on you or to have your data deleted.
We only hold two types of personal data:
1. We hold the contact details you provide to us in connection with our e-newsletter or postal mailings. We use this information solely to contact you with information about the Festival. We will not pass this information to a third party. We hold this information on the basis of your express consent. You can withdraw or amend your consent at any time by contacting us at post@gregynogfestival.org, by clicking on the link at the foot of the e-newsletter or by leaving a telephone message on 01686 207100.
2. We hold the contact details you provide when booking tickets. We hold these details for operational reasons in order to contact you in connection with your booking and also to generate anonymised statistics about where our visitors come from. We will not pass these details to a third party nor use them other than in connection with your booking. We do not hold credit or debit card information.
